Mixed Media Tie Back Sweater

If you're following on Facebook or Instagram, you've seen me wearing this sweater for the past few weeks.  I'm in love with the back of it!  I opted for the charcoal gray sweater, but it also comes in a pretty blush color that's perfect for spring.

Facebook Lately

Here are this week's hottest posts from the Nineteen Windsor Facebook page!  You've probably heard that Facebook has made some changes to its algorithm so that readers see more posts from family and friends and less from businesses and blogs.  A lot of bloggers have been having a hard time connecting with their readers on Facebook for the past week or so.  If you aren't seeing posts from your favorite blogs or businesses, you can go into your settings on Facebook and change your notifications so that you'll be notified when they post new items.  Or just keep liking and commenting on your favorite pages - this way Facebook knows that you like it and want to see more!  Long story short, since Facebook has been a bit unreliable in getting my content to my readers (because Facebook is my number one platform!) I wanted to make sure you guys had a surefire way to see the best posts each week.
Enjoy!

Under $50 Spring Shoe Edit

Brands have stepped up their shoe game for spring 2018!  Whether it be espadrilles, wedges, booties, or mules, there are TONS of cute options.  Shoes are one of my favorite things to buy, and I honestly want EVERY SINGLE PAIR in this roundup.  The good news is, they're ALL UNDER $50, so I just might get my way.

2.   Espadrille Wedges ($32.99)
3.   Wenda Cut Out Bootie ($32.99)
4.   Studded Moccasins ($50)
5.   Leopard Velvet Mules ($24.98)
7.   Block Heel Sandal ($29.99)
8.   Ankle Strap Wedges ($49.97)
9.   Strappy Nude Heel ($39.99)
10.   Leopard Espadrilles Mules ($24.99)
11.   Lace Up Jogger Sneakers ($32.99)
12.   Whisper Woven Mules ($24.99)
13.   Lace Up Jogger Sneakers ($32.99)

Animal prints like leopard and cheetah will continue to be popular this spring, along with tan, nudes, and blush pink.  If you're a fan of the color pink - this is your year!  It seems like EVERYTHING is pink.  You're also in luck if you don't like high heels because flats will be extremely popular this season (my feet thank the fashion gods).

I hope you've enjoyed this roundup, and let me know in the comments if you'd like to see more "Under $50" roundups.  Or if you'd prefer another shoe roundup that hits more price points and higher end designers.

Facebook Lately - 1st week of February

In case you haven't made it over to the Nineteen Windsor Facebook page lately, here's a recap of some of my favorites posts from the past week.  I made a huge Target run and picked up a ton of cute and affordable items!  And don't forget to like and follow Nineteen Windsor on Facebook to see these looks as soon as they're posted.  Unfortunately, sometimes the items sell out quickly and may already be gone by the time they finally make it over to the blog.  Every single one of these posts features my new favorite jeans - which are only $28 and have been the most purchased item of the week by Nineteen Windsor readers!

For even more outfit inspiration, you can follow along over on Instagram and Pinterest.  I hope you all have a wonderful weekend!  We are in the midst of a snowstorm here, so I'll be snuggling by the fire with a good book all weekend.  Just kidding - I'll actually be cleaning my house and caring for my sick toddler!  But one can dream...

A Fashion Blogger's Look for Less

Sometimes you just have to fake it 'til you make it.

I can't get enough of Carrie Bradshaw Lied.  I can sit and drool over her outfits for hours on end.  But unfortunately (for her AND for me), a $550 Gucci belt and a $130 furry mink handbag strap are not in the cards.  But you'd better believe I'll gladly search out cheaper items to achieve the same look!  I really love this simple look she created, especially since it can transition seamlessly from the office to date night.  I've rounded up this entire look for hundreds less below.

THE LOOK FOR LESS:

Cardigan here $34.99 or here $39.50  //  Belt (dupe) $17.99  //   Faux Leather Leggings $35
Turtleneck here $29.99 or here $25.00  //  Booties $69.99  //   Bag here $69.90 or here $37.97

To see the complete details of her outfit, hop over to Carrie Bradshaw Lied.
